What is Clara?
Clara is an AI-powered content assistant built for women service business owners — coaches, consultants, therapists, wellness practitioners, and creative pros. She takes your everyday ideas (journal entries, client stories, random inspiration) and turns them into posts, captions, and scripts — so you can show up consistently online without hiring a social media manager..
Who is Clara for?
Clara was created for women entrepreneurs in service-based businesses. While we are targeting women in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area, if you don’t live here, you are also welcome to join.
We are inviting coaches, consultants, therapists, yoga teachers, life assistants, caregivers, and home services providers to join us. If you have or are starting a service business, you are invited. If you want to save time, save money, and still market authentically, our community is for you.

How does onboarding work?
Once you join the Beta Pass, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to schedule your 30-minute onboarding Zoom. We’ll walk you through setting up your first journal entries and content ideas so you can hit the ground running. Meetups and beta officially starts November 5, 2025. Join now so you can get on the list. We are only taking the first 10 signups at this price!
What if I’m not techy?
Don’t worry — Clara was built to be simple. If you can type a journal entry and check a box, you can use Clara. Plus, your onboarding Zoom will walk you through everything step by step.
When are the workshops?
Virtual Workshops run Wednesday evenings at 7:00–8:00pm ET (with replays available if you can’t attend live). Here’s the current schedule:

Do I have to live in Raleigh-Durham?
Nope! While the in-person meetups are local, the workshops, Slack community, and Clara platform are all virtual. If you’re outside Raleigh-Durham, you can still join the Beta Pass and connect through Slack + Zoom.
What if I can’t make it to a live event?
No problem — all workshops are recorded and replays are posted in Slack within 24 hours. You won’t miss a thing. We do ask that you attend as many as you can to get the Beta price. This is for the good of the community and to help build Clara.
Can I cancel?
The Beta Pass is billed monthly at $25/month on November 1, December 1, and January 1. We do ask for a commitment of 3 months to help us build Clara and our community. After the beta is over, you may cancel. Please cancel by January 30, 2026 so you are not billed for Founders Circle starting in February, 20026. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you did not get any value out of joining beta, please contact us at the end of beta and we will refund your money. Cancel by emailing Heather at heather@heatherbeemarketing.com.
How do I join?
Click the “Join the Beta Pass” button on this site, fill out the interest form, and you’ll be on our list! We will reach out in October to officially invite you to our Beta cohort and provide you with your first month’s $25 invoice. Once you’re in, we’ll schedule your onboarding Zoom and add you to Slack. 🎉
